Demos for VSS 2022

These demos belong to the poster and will be updated according to the feedback I get.

Triple-drift stimuli for experiment 1. The first one looks tilted counter-clockwise, the second one tilted clockwise. The motion of the envelope is vertical upward in both cases.

Here is what the control condition looked like:

This is what a static type-II plaid looks like. In experiment 2 we compared these to the drifting plaids (the triple-drift). Here is how the plaid is created: two drifting sine waves - one fast and one slow - are superimposed. The angle is chosen so that the intersection of constraints is different from the vector average. When foveated the plaid on the right drifts to the top left. Far enough in the periphery it drifts to the top right.
